Reporting Issues:

Return Process:

  • If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect orders or damaged articles.

  • For faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
