Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please notify us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.

We strongly recommend inspecting all orders upon receipt (even if they are gifts) to ensure product condition and accuracy.

For defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately at info@thebrasstown.com for evaluation and resolution.


Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do offer exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@thebrasstown.com with:

  • Order details
  • Product images (if damaged/incorrect)

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide exchange instructions
  • Reverse pickup or shipping guidance will be shared

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is mandatory for all exchanges.


Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days after approval

Important Note

We follow a strict no-refund policy.
Only exchange is applicable in valid cases (damaged or incorrect products).
